Our Toy Story
Ginger and Pickles is our brand new venture. Born of a long held desire to open a shop in The Best Town in The World and to provide something a little 'Better than the Average (Teddy) Bear' for Toy Seekers everywhere.
After many dismaying years of our home looking like a technicolor Plastic Monster had puked all over it, we thought maybe we weren't the only ones coveting more sustainable and aesthetically pleasing toys for ourselves and our little people.
Sustainability
Our ethos is to be environmentally conscious. Our toys are picked with sustainability in mind and we favour wooden and timeless toys. If you can find it in Argos it is unlikely to be here. Our aim is to provide an alternative to the hum drum mass produced toys. We certainly aren't able to claim to be perfect but we are trying!
Community
We are a Family run and Totally Independent Small Business. Our commitment is to Exceptional Service and to provide Interesting and Creative Toys. If you ever get chance to visit us in the Shop then we would love to see you. Upton Upon Severn is a Beautiful Riverside Town (dubbed the Good time Girl of the Severn!)
